Chambrelan Telescopic Drawer and Equipment Slides
Drawer Slides ranging from light to medium capacity through to Heavy Duty Drawer Slides / Telescopic Slides for for numerous applications such as heavy duty equipment slides. The Chambrelan range covers partial extension, full extension and over extension slides as well as Linear Rails. JR Industries - "Double Dee" Handles
JR Industries front handle and lock mechanism is the original design and is extensively used on fire truck drawers (straight slide out and slide and tilt). The double handle and push button locking mechanism is located at the centre of the drawer front in order to ensure the operator's gloved hands are kept well away from pinch risks.

Chambrelan Slam Lock and Handle
In terms of functionality this Slam Lock delivers the same high standard of locking security as existing products, the only difference being that the assembly of the locks system is now simplicity itself, saving time and money on a busy shop floor.
Another new product from Chambrelan, the Slam Lock, is set to be launched in line with a number of high profile product developments also currently being released. This latest product development aims at delivering an entire draw solution to clients, by finally being able to offer the Heavy Duty slides, the Slide and Tilt and now the Slam Lock all from one manufacturer and supplier.
Chambrelans core product range has always and will always be heavy duty sliding systems, but after listening to our customers we realised that demand existed for an alternative bundle of draw and vehicle stowage components.
The Slam Lock, which has been designed specifically to offer a more user friendly assembly, that doesn’t require the drilling of holes or countersinking by hand, but does in fact ‘clip’ together neatly and quickly without compromising on the functionality of the
product.
It’s very easy to install and fits into our Slam Lock seamlessly and can be used in conjunction with telescopic slides to provide a functional, positive and secure lock in and out operation.
The Lilo kit consists of a new front button with a captive M8 nylock, a new internal button with a captive M8 nylock and 4 Lock Blocks.

Choose Integrated and Chambrelan UK
Multidrive, Australia’s leading manufacturer of multi-drive vehicles has just announced a working collaboration with Integrated Equipment, sole distributor of Chambrelan Heavy Duty Sliding Systems in Australia and New Zealand. The recent announcement comes in light of Multidrive winning a recent vehicle order from Rio Tinto, one of the largest mining companies in the world. The vehicles were commissioned to carry out rail maintenance on a 400 Kilometre line in one of the most extreme desert climates in the world, namely the Pilbara region of North Western Australia.
Expected to operate for extensive periods, the vehicles will need to carry essential maintenance and support equipment, working from project to project along the hundreds of mile of line. Gary Walsh, business development manager at Multidrive gave us his thoughts on the project. ”Every part of the Rio Tinto’s vehicle needs to be made of the best quality materials and we quickly realised that a very strong sliding system was going to be needed and one that was easy to install and easy to maintain.”
Using a beefed up Land Cruiser chassis, the MDT 5750kg GVM Model with 2500kg load capacity, boasts another drive axle and uses a torque management power divider, meaning it can tackle the roughest and hardest terrain without any wind-ups or no spin up of axles, even when carrying a load of 2.5 tons. This system doesn’t require any operator input and is simple to maintain and has no special lubricants.
“Working with Bruce Elliott at Integrated we decided to use heavy duty sliding on both the vehicle itself, to maximise storage and also the bespoke trailer, which works as an excellent addition to any Multidrive vehicle,” adds Garry.
These specialised lightweight custom built trailers are mostly used by the emergency services, power companies, logistics and municipal companies, and are also used extensively in a support role, for command and control scenarios. Tailor made, these trailers are a dual axle trailer, and are packed with tool boards and storage and compartments, held in place by Chambrelan heavy-duty slides.
With Integrated Equipment as a partner there’s been a huge surge of interest and a greater awareness of Chambrelan products in the Australian market, with more and more vehicle builders and manufacturers prototyping Chambrelan heavy duty sliding systems on their applications.
